Class 2: Yin-Inspired Breathwork with Meghan

A breathwork sequence inspired by the slow-moving, earthly quality of yin energy. We practice seated, standing, seated, and laying down.


Class 3: Yoga Nidra with Meghan

Yoga Nidra is both a practice of deep rest and awakening—feel for yourself!


Class 4: Yoga Nidra with Hilary

Enjoy a daytime yoga nidra with Hilary’s guidance.


Class 5: Mantra Meditation with Hilary

Practice a 25-minute mantra meditation to help anchor the mind.


Class 6: Breath + Mantra Meditation with Meghan

A dynamic 30ish minute practice including breathwork, mudra and mantra to support our 3 brains :)


Class 7: Yoga Nidra with Meghan

Wind down and let go with this guided, restful practice.


Class 8: Yoga Nidra with Hilary

A gentle and grounding nidra practice to round out the series.
