Thank you for a year of being your mama, my little moon juice

Of all the gifts you’ve given me, the deepest—and most challenging—has been realllly teaching me about dharma

Almost a year of contact naps. As much as I resisted + longed for independence, I’ve surrendered (for now;)

It honestly makes sense given her chart. Such is the blessing of jyotish and seeing everyone + their charts as a unique expression; one

Showing up for a personal practice is the greatest act of self love.

Refining ourselves, our awareness, our consciousness with the focus on one goal is the ultimate tool for transcending fear, attachment, suffering.

So, what’s the goal?

In the spirit of postpartum transparency… for months, I told myself I didn’t have time for a spiritual practice.

I was in survival mode—new city, no village, a baby who only napped in my arms.
